Booking policies: give 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule; $25 deposit required. Remaining balance: cash, Zelle, Apple Pay or Tap to Pay, with a $5 card fee. No extra guests. A 15-minute grace period applies; then a $15 late fee. After 30 minutes, the appointment is cancelled.
Hair preparation: arrive with shampooed, clean hair, blow-dried straight from roots to ends, without oil, gel or grease. Wash and blow-dry services are available as add-ons.
Come prepared for a long appointment with books, chargers, earphones or snacks. Dress comfortably and avoid clothing with an attached hoodie.
